Hi, I’m Henry Marín. I work in systems and networking, and this blog is where I write down what I build, break and fix.
What I do Link to heading
Most of my time goes into homelab projects and the tools around them: Proxmox for virtualization, Docker for services, GNS3 for network labs, and pfSense, Pi-hole and Tailscale for everything that has to talk to everything else. I am also working through CCNA topics, which is why much of what I publish leans into networking.
Why this blog exists Link to heading
Two reasons:
- To document my own learning. Writing something down is how I find out whether I actually understood it.
- To be helpful. Most of what I know came from someone else’s notes and a config file they pasted. I want my notes to be of use.
Off the clock Link to heading
When I am not in a terminal I am usually reading about tech, tinkering with something that did not need fixing, or playing.
